Brilliant All-round

This mod allows players to view the server through a different lens. On mine, it has been used as/for:
- A screenshot to plan over
- Railway monitoring
- Finding players
- Viewing progress
- Finding mapblocks to remove
However, there are some serious bugs, such as database logging.
