Creates an overgrown gravel block and various stairs and slabs from it, similar to mossy cobble and stairs
- Overgrowth occurs:
- When a gravel block/stair is near water.
- Overgrowth spreads to other gravel blocks (it's infectious).
- Bright light is required.
