There is one command in the mod " /get_eye" it gives you item that when right clicked on block opens mod menu options to adjust localization and mode of the mod.
Full mode displays too much information about the block Slim mode displays only description (which usually includes block name and properties)
There is no way and for time being wont be any way to check mobs and items on the ground.
Very useful
Real nice, about time someone made something like "Hey Here's What You're Looking At" for Minetest :) Woork good
