this is the nidi mod, it adds special jukeboxes (normal and global) looks like mesecons textures and can play .mid songs from your world folder, using the mesecons noteblock ogg (audio) sounds (not physical noteblocks) as the instruments it also adds a music panel also looks like mesecons textures that can play on those jukeboxes.
developer's note: i recommand you only use this mod in singleplayer worlds or in extremely low lag enviroments.
also warning: make sure to be wary of your headphones or speakers as it may be too loud for some users.
Privs
the global jukebox, /nidi_play and /nidi_stop are restricted to a priv called "nidi_dj", it isn't granted by default so do make sure to grant it to your trusted players.
Commands
/nidi_play <song>
allows you to play songs from the "midi" folder in the mod (if it is in .mid format.)
/nidi_stop
puts the song into a grinding halt and resets the memory, ensuring it doesn't overlap the next time you play a another song.
/nidi_list
lists current .mid songs, so you know which song name to pick to play.
/write_panel <song>
writes song information to your "Music Panel". (you must hold the music panel while you execute this command correctly.)
Items
Blue Nidi Jukebox
a limited radius jukebox that anyone can use with a loaded music panel.
Red Global Nidi Jukebox
the same as the blue nidi jukebox but a creative-locked jukebox with unlimited sound range.
Music Panel
a special panel you will need to load song information, and then to play in the jukebox.
Crafting
music panel and blue nidi jukebox are craftable, so do check their recipes out!
Notice
for this mod to work, you must add .mid song files into the midi folder inside of your world folder (look for a folder called midi and insert there) that you are trying to play the mod on, preferably handles piano-based songs best, but can experiment around with different genres!
