this is the own_nametag mod, which will allow you to see your very own nametag in third-person view which you cannot normally see.
Commands "/own_nametag <on/off>" by default when joining, you will automatically see your nametag, use the input "off" if you no longer want to see your own nametag, or "on" if you want to see it again.
