Description
Adds some new player effects:
- Slow down player when walking on snow.
- Speed up player when walking on ice.
- Hurt player when touching cactus.
- Suffocate player when head is inside a solid block.
- Add node check for on_walk_over function.
- Setting to enable old sneak glitch.
- Enable player knockback when hurt (has setting to disable).

Something I noticed is that the kb shoots the player a good bit backward. It would be nice if this was changed to where combos could be made.
