Can be used to replace the old 'nc_lignite' in exisiting worlds.

Lignite

-Commonly generates in sheet-like deposits
-Lowest carbon density

Bituminite

-Reasonably common, tiny deposits everywhere
-Medial carbon density

Anthracite

-Uncommon, low-density, sprawling veins
-Highest carbon density
