Indestructible Bedrock Layer

This simple mod adds a layer of bedrock at the bottom of world. Bedrock cannot be broken or manipulated, neither in normal gameplay nor in Creative Mode.

Bedrock is at Y coordinate -30912 by default but this can be changed with a setting.
