Initial beta release, basic working state. Confirmed compatibility with mineclonia, mesecraft, & minetest game -- with more to come in the future.

minor unexpected behaviours:

• african marigold are not restricted to Savanna and Mesa biomes in mineclonia, and can be found even in colder biomes with mcl_core:dirt_with_grass nodes
• some flowers do not generate at all, or the noise parameters are set incorrectly
• limited compatibility (non gamebreaking) when used in conjuction with other mods that register new biomes.
• no documentation for marshmallow_root, and marshmellow crafting recipe

TD:

• fix noise parameters
• add top and filler nodes, from other mods which register new biomes into the decoration definitions.
• add biomes registered by other mods into the decoration definitions.
• add documentation for new crafting recipes
• even more flowers
• even more biomes
