Adds an invisible HP system with multilingual support (Spanish, English, French). Players can be granted invisible lives that absorb damage before it reaches their real HP — fully transparent to the player receiving them. Managed via the /heart command, supports giving and subtracting HP to any online player, persists across sessions, and displays the current count in a clean HUD above the hearts bar. Requires the heart privilege.
