Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy mod for Luanti.

This mod adds some fun items related to items in the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy books and other media.

Installation 🔗

Simply extract into your mods folder and enable in Luanti, or in your world.mt file add the following line

load_mod_h2g2 = true

• Heart of Gold - The centrepiece of the Infinite Improbability Drive. When active it is very volatile and can transport a player to a random location
• Point of View Gun - makes other players and objects see things from your perspective
• The Guide - Carry it with you and Don't Panic
• Electronic Thumb - will matter transfer you you to the nearest friend to hitchhikers
• Towel - A friend to Hitchhikers. Offers comfort. Make sure you know where it is!
• Lint - a small piece of lint. Seems to interact weirdly with the heart of gold, no matter where it is placed.

Most of these items are quite overpowered, i.e. the heart of gold can zap you anywhere, the pov gun can move entities around with no defense, the towel heals you quickly, and matter transference has a long range by default.

So this is very much just for fun.
