Builders wand 🔗

This is a mod with tools for builders. No more inventory juggling because when you can't fit stuff in the hotbar. No more counting out the blocks. And much more

(PS: this is WIP, don't complain about somewhat buggy placing with rotated blocks)

Workflow 🔗

The individual tools will be explained below, but i want to put the most important part at the top. While building its recommended you use this workflow:

• In the Recent items wand clear the history
• Use the hammer to select all the nodes you're planning to use
• In the Recent items wand All the relevant nodes for your build will show up

Thats the gist of the mod, but there are also other tools for your pleasure

Hammer 🔗

This is the primary tool, it has several uses

Left click 🔗

Delete the node

Right 🔗

Depending on the replace mode, either places the selected node, or replaces the selected node

Shift Left click 🔗

Copies the pointed node, similar to a color picker in other programs

Shift Right click 🔗

Opens the Group/Item selection menu. You will be shown a list of groups, you can select the group you want or use the search bar to find it. When a group is selected it will show all the items belonging to that group. When you click at a block it will be selected

In the item selection menu you can change the replace mode of the wand

Recent items wand 🔗

This will show all the recently used blocks and groups, you can click on them to select them again

To show the menu, use the right click button

Extruder 🔗

This is a tool for indenting/growing faces of your build

Left click 🔗

Remove one layer from the pointed face

Right click 🔗

Extrude the pointed face

Ruler 🔗

This is a tool for measuring out distances. Click rightclick on two blocks and it will show a line with the middle point highlighted

It will also print in chat the length in each axis and the position of the middle point

Group manager 🔗

This is a tool for creating custom groups. Simply write a name for your group and press Create

Custom groups will be highlighted in green

Now you can edit your newly created group. Here is what each of the buttons do

Add nodes from inventory - Add all nodes from the inventory into the group Delete item - Shows a dialog where you can select the items you want to remove from the group Delete group - Deletes the group entirely

Custom groups are PER PLAYER

Only custom groups can be modified in game
