Release notes for 0.3 Working reset command

RELEASE 0.3: Added a command that resets the player model (if they have the server privilege). Heavily edited the readme file

KNOWN BUGS: Animations are messed up.

BUG FIXES: Fixed a bug where the player model wouldn't reset when they die.
