Semicolons indisk names cause errors

  I named a disk SYSENG;FOSPEC for fun and an error happened. I guess there lacks a core.formspec_escape(...) somewhere.

  ERROR[Main]: Invalid tooltip element(3): '1;SYSENG;FOSPEC'
