This is a "work in progress" that was last updated six years ago, which IMHO kind of stretches the definition of "in progress." I hope that someone will fork this and keep working on it, because it's a pretty cool concept that deserves to be further developed.
I hope so. I played around with it for a bit, but couldn't figure out what the heck I was doing, so just dropped it and went back to other things. I know that some people like the experience of just messing around not knowing what they're doing, but I have kind of a low frustration tolerance and would like at least a little bit of direction. Like I said, it's a cool concept but not something that I enjoy in its current state. If someone does pick it up, I hope they have some kind of documentation to go along with it (in-game documentation would be ideal).
I'd consider taking it on myself, but my coding skills are currently in the "just good enough to be dangerous" category, and I don't think I could actually improve anything with a mod this ambitious.

It does have "Looking for maintainer" on it - so it's indeed abandoned. Developer is still around - made an update to https://content.luanti.org/packages/IcyDiamond/elepower/ May 31st
Hopefully someone takes it on :wheeze:
