As for the enchanted books, I don't think I'll turn them into display items. It would be very difficult to ensure that crafting the item (to get the book back) would give you the enchanted book with the specific enchantment (because the technical names for enchanted books are all mcl_enchanting:book_enchanted).
However, if I can find an easy way to do it, I'll also add enchanted books for display.
