Makes it a bit harder for greifers to make a mess since you can set it up so nobody has access to lava or TNT (or water if you want) by default then give the privs to allow it to trusted players.
The mod dev is also a cool person and very dedicated. They're working on a big mod that I hope can be released soon lol
