It is very nice, but how to use the Straight-Trough Green Arrow? It is just ALWAYS on, can you add LTC-400E and Digiline use to it? So that it now has a use?
The green arrow in these is meant to be continuously displayed, in accordance with the following parts of the MUTCD (quotes are from the 11th edition but the 2009 edition was very similar):
Section 4E.03, paragraph 3:
A single-section signal face shall be permitted at a traffic control signal if it consists of a continuously-displayed GREEN ARROW signal indication that is being used to indicate a continuous movement.
Section 4G.03, paragraph 6:
A single-section GREEN ARROW signal indication shall remain continuously displayed when the traffic control signal is operated in the flashing mode.
Thus there is no case in which a single-section green arrow signal would be permitted to do anything other than be continuously lit.
