As I understand it, this mod will be fully effective with Luanti 5.15 (yet to be released ATM), since the parameter that allows us to get a deterministic star layout (star_seed) was merged after 5.14 was released.

Can confirm. Yes, we have to wait for Luanti 5.15 before this mod will be useful.
