  Are you aware that the red cross is an internationally protected symbol and it's usage even in video games is subject to laws?

  I don't know if you've obtained permission, but if you have not, I would change your texture

  Edit: Apparently the texture has been changed, and the screenshots are out of date, so this doesn't need to be addressed.
