can all palyers on a server see the message or just admin?
The message of what? Notifying a player they they get ip-muted?
If it is about notifying the player they get muted only it sends message to the player that is getting to be muted Or the picture in the mod, only the admin or moderator who muted the player sees it.
if you mean the picture in the package, only the admin or player who is muting a player sees it
It send 3 messages because content DB took to long to reply
