the ender dragon doesn't seem to use breath attacks. and using a bottle on its fire balls does nothing. is this not how you collect it? also, does voxel libre have trial chambers?
It seems currently you can't obtain them from the dragon, there is a recipe available until dragon gets a proper rework:
.C. BBB . - empty slot C - chorus flower B - empty glass bottle
This is a temporary solution in place (for quite a long time already, sadly).
We don't have anything like trial chambers yet, but there are plans for something similar in some ways.
