When we misplace a guide rail or just want to remove it, how can we remove it ?
Punching, mining or even while sneaking has no effect at all.
Just place a single guide rail alone, and try to remove it.
If there's a special operation, it would be nice to display it while punching it ?
Admittedly I don't test these things in survival all that much (I play in creative mode 99% of the time), so I think you ran into something that's not quite optimal here. The guide rails currently have choppy = 1 for their groups, so they are diggable but only with an axe.
I'll try to remember to change this to something diggable by pickaxes in the next release.

Argh, indeed yes. I think making them diggable with a pickaxe would probably reduce this major frustrations. Make sure this is also in the help.
