I did play, but I just opened it again and looked more closely at the instructions and it does say to build quickly; maybe more coins are awarded for faster building? But even going somewhat slowly it seems I still made a profit, so it's hard to judge how well I did (maybe there should be a 1 to 5 star rating based on how fast I was?).
When I first played I was playing with 2 people (which I really should have mentioned in the initial review, since "Singleplayer-focused" is a tag), which makes it even easier because 1 person can give counts while the other person is in the shop. I think the game might be more fun if it was a race against other players?
as the tags say, this game is singleplayer focused and the reason you might think there is no challenge is because you had someone telling you what to buy
Since there’s no time pressure, the game is too easy. And, mimicking a structure exactly just doesn’t seem that fun to me.
I would not recommend this game because there’s no challenge.
have you even cared to play as it seems you havent... are you pulling a Wuzzy on me?
