I didn't like the graphics and got to thinking that it doesn't look like Minecraft at all and it got uglier than it already was.
"These textures were created from scratch in an attempt to recapture the aesthetic of Minecraft," This doesn't mean it needs to look just like it. It might not be the best texture pack but its not ugly.
