Bush block has been mixed up a little, also the fern may look similar but it was made from scratch (my horrid texture skills, pixed art donations are welcome :)
the bamboo texture looks stangely familiar... Can't say what it is, but it's not TenPlus-brand, and with this "copying mc textures and hoping no-one notices" business, probably not properly licenced.
Well this is not exactly the first time copyrighted textures have been discovered in your mods. You really should look over the source of where you get your textures because now that we have more attention towards Minetest, it does not give a particularly good look that one of the top modders steal Minecraft assets for their mods.
Anyways the changed textures look fine now, so approving.
I was going to fill the rest of this with a rant about texture similarity to notchian planks but since a) the issuer never said that and b) they aren't based on notchian planks it went in the bin.
except why use 32x textures. just, why.
PS: Noticed a small bug in dirt.lua, it appears like ethereal:quicksand is deprecated and should be replaced with ethereal:quicksand2, but I don't see the former having the not_in_creative_inventory group, so unless it's being added elsewhere someone could pick it up by accident. Why did I care enough about that microscopic detail to bring it up I don't know.
@FavoritoHJS - Will check quicksand issue and fix, as for the 32x textures - I liked the detail it gave and some of them took ages to make so I'm quite proud of them, but easily replaced by texture packs if needed.
The Bush block seems to use a rotated Oak Leaves (fast) texture from pre-1.14 Minecraft.
Last time I checked, though, those are still 100% Notch, no license. Not good.
There are probably some other textures I'm missing. For example, Ferns look oddly familiar, though they could be from a resource pack.

The bush texture is literally the opaque leaf texture from Minecraft Alpha rotated 90 degrees and desaturated. Please change the texture completely.
A new random bush texture was added.
I would say suspiciously similar... Even the odd bit that makes sense in a double-high fern but not in a single streched block is there!
Still, it IS a different texture and not a tinted version of the vanilla fern, as noted by the different shading in both.
Bumping, the Vine texture seems to be a very close match to the pre-JAPPA Minecraft Vine, just a couple of pixels removed.
Yep, looks indeed like the pre-jappa minecraft vines texture, but horisontally flipped, coloured and slightly manipulated. Nice catch.
In addition I noticed
ethereal_mushroom_pore.png
is ripped essentially verbatim from the Minecraft mushroom inside texture, that needs changing.the bamboo texture looks stangely familiar... Can't say what it is, but it's not TenPlus-brand, and with this "copying mc textures and hoping no-one notices" business, probably not properly licenced.
@FavoritoHJS - Please keep accusations to yourself, any texture submissions are usually taken in good faith.
@ROllerozxa - Textures changed, please approve.

Bumping, someone posted something somewhat related in your bug tracker: https://notabug.org/TenPlus1/ethereal/issues/57
