looking at this, (disclaimer im not completely sure on this package). a couple things off the bat, it needs a screenshot, and should have a license selection, free/other is ment as a placeholder. looking at the linked repo https://github.com/Powerbyte7/HyAssets/blob/master/LICENSE.md the license is cc by nc 4.0, however im not sure that this repo has the rights to use that license. i.e. are they from official sources (and have permission to do this), or there own implementation?
the original creators of the Github respiratory licensed it under CC BY-NC 4.0 and i have done the same. About the license selection, I might mail Rubenwardy and see if he can add the license to CDB as it is open-source. As for whether or not the textures are originally by Powerbite, a Google search shows multiple posts by the same username on different platforms (Twitter & Reddit); if you were reffering to whether or not the actual textures are original, and not exactly the same as the Hytale Game, the devs of Hytale have not released any game files to the public (anything that has been released goes no further than a bit of text, a video or a screenshot). If you were reffering to something else, please explain :)
I have added the license and edited your package to use it. discussed with another cdb editor and they pointed out that the project has not released, and appear to be made by said author inspired by trailers, so it should be fine. however the package still needs a screenshot
but about the license, from what I understand, it should be an open source license. It is basically the same as CC BY-SA or similar (correct me if i'm wrong)
The license says that I can't use the assets if I don't include the original license (CC BY-NC 4.0). Is there a way I could change the license to an open-source one, without violating anything?
Please notify me of any licensing problems, this is my first time using external resources.

-NC is very much non-free, but it is an exception that is allowed onto ContentDB albeit with a warning attached to it.
