I noticed that you have the median between two points, so why not add quartile 1 and 3 aswell? Quartile 1 is in between the midpoint (median, Quartile 2) and the lowest number in a data set (this would be the first block position), Quartile 2 is the median, and Quartile 3 is in between the median and largest number in the data set (this would be the second block position). So essentially, what I am suggesting is that you should add the 1st quarter and 3 quarter because you already have the 2 quarter (midpoint).
