I downloaded the game to play with my friends, (from this page btw) so i could play locally but i had to install some mods because the mods in the game depended on them but there werent there. Then, when i loaded the world, i could vote and stuff, but there was no map, like it was just blank and there was nothing but air... I dont know if its a problem on my side or the game but im just saying my experience, sorry. buuuuut! on ctf servers, it runs very well, and is soooo much fun, so IMO i think its a problem on my side.
its a really good made game though, ngl! good job on it! :D
git is a program used for downloading/managing code on the github.com website, where the source code for CTF is hosted.
It sounds like your download may have corrupted. Try downloading CTF again. Make sure when you create a world for it that you choose the singlenode mapgen too
@Aspen: Assuming you're talking about Pastel Heaven, you need to create a release and upload a .zip file containing your texture pack. Don't forget to add a license file for your package (it needs to correspond to what you have set on CDB) and attribute the authors of any textures you have derived from if applicable, see Copyright Guide for more info.
On Windows 11: Click->RIghtclick the texturepack folder and click 'C ompress to ZIP File',
on Windows 10 I think you Click->Rightclick it -> 'Send to...' -> 'Compressed ZIP Folder'
This is something you could have googled, or asked a parent/older sibling/etc about btw. I don't have the time to walk you through things this basic.

converted review into a thread
it sounds like you manually cloned from git but didn't specify --recursive. You need to recursively clone to get all mods in the game.
CTF definitely works in local multiplayer as that's how it was developed
sry umm i dont understand what do u mean? do i need to do smth for it to work or..??
Did you download CTF from ContentDB or with a
git
command?i downloaded it from the webpage here also whats a git command?
