Please file an issue on my github repository wth details on how to reproduce this, I'll see what I can do. Can't guarantee anything about making this compatible with other mods, though - it's a free codebase and other modders could be doing things I just can't handle. :)

Do you have the latest version of name_generator (https://content.minetest.net/packages/FaceDeer/name_generator/) installed? That line is only called when name_generator is installed.
