I'm now working on the minimap. Since it's expensive computationally to generate it, the idea is you have to pull it out and use it to remember everything in your current field of view. I'm still working on that part - right now using it generates the entire depth your currently on. This feature is currently unreleased. Here's an example screenshot: https://gitlab.com/-/project/45240028/uploads/71c5f800e5b3d967c6a9f91be9cd86a9/image.png
I added an in-game help tab like you recommended. I moved most of the text from the description here as well to it. I also included all the different items you can pick up in the game and what those items do to the help tab as well.
I released another verson to address the issue of knowing the strength values of armor. There's a help tab on the main inventory screen now that base the base values for all armor. I also added an info box on what used to be the crafting tab - you can drop any item in there to learn about that item in particular - what enchantments it appears to have, what stats it has. For armor you can see the strength values required and what AC it would give you.
I made two releases to address some of the feedback you gave me.
I tried to fix the mod loading issue. Let me know if you still have issues. I also cleaned up the start up warnings as well.
I swapped out the cat for a chicken. Any spawned cats in current games will remain, but any new spawns or new games will spawn chickens.
Next release I'd like to add some documentation in the game. As part of that I'll show which armor is better and their standard strength requirements (not counting enchaments or curses.)
Thanks for the feedback. I'll look into the mod loading order issue.
The cursed weapons being sticky are a bit buggy - the main point is so you know it's cursed and don't have to id with 20 kills to figure out it's cursed. I never figured out how to make the cursed armor sticky. It's on my backlog of items to look into.
I'll need to look into the minimap, can you think of any other Luanti games that can do what you're thinking?
As far as armor, maybe I'll put an in game help as someone else suggested so you know which is better or not. Pay attention to your stealth range - the higher it goes up after you put the armor on, the more effective the armor is. You should have a message after you put the armor on from the game in the top left as to what the strength requirement for the armor is if you're not strong enough.

Hi Astrobe - thanks again for the feedback.
The suggestion for the in-game help is great. I'll look into it.
