I found a way to fix the problem. I removed mcl_vars and replaced it with constant values. I still can't change the conf file, so Lucky Block needs to be installed and enabled manually. Try it and let me know if it works.
The list of lucky blocks is long and depends on the game and the installed mods. As the author himself writes, sometimes you can find something good, bad, or painful. It's best to experience it yourself :-)

In file mod.conf is: depends = lucky_block, default. It works propertly for me. Tested today. Minetest Game; Luanti 5.15.0.

When I fix it manually in game folder is ok, but when I upload fixed zip onto ContentDB taks is failed:
