Adds the 'Item Holders', as the name states, holders of items for others to see, includes multi-slot itemframes, pose-able dummies and mannequins, pedestals, etc. Also provides a API for modders to create item holders.

1.0.1: Modified dummies and mannequins, now they can be partially moved and rotated via their GUI, added more poses, and fixed bug where 1-faced blocks wouldn't display as itemframe background for normal itemframes.
