It's not even a joke mod a player could actually enjoy, and the satire refers to Java-style programming, which is far from Lua, as Lua is multi-paradigm and therefore not so obsessed with "Gang of 4" patterns, so it won't entertain programmers either. I understand the joke, but "we are not amused".
ContentDB is operated by a single person, using their own money, and I find it borderline offensive to use it for useless stuff like this. I think that the moderators were too lenient here.

This is a pitiable mod. There are WARS and FAMINE and GENOCIDE and you are uploading this INSULT to Luanti.org ContentDB??? My stomach is sinking into a wallowing pit of agony. This mod pains me. I woke up this morning and the only thing that gave me a spark, a glimmer of hope, was logging into the net and checking out Luanti.org ContentDB and seeing some earnest hard work. Some grit. Some proof of work at the grindstone. I felt my skin dry and crack from too many seasons past. Too many seasons of s### mods and unfinished games. I look into the eyes of children on the street and the only thing I see is MOD SOUP! If this next generation acts like this, what of the next? Will they simply roll around in the glass-filled streets, unwilling to stand? Demanding a handout? POatTHETIC. AND THIS MOD is what I find when I log in?? This NON-JOKE? This ANTI-SATIRE? I'm sick. I'm dying. YOU are killing me.

i think the fact that this is so wildly out of place in lua just makes it funnier, especially in the current time where we have LLMs that like to kind of just mix everything together. human programmers already tend to overcomplicate their OOP in lua, and now that you don't even need to come up with the bull i wouldn't be surprised if we're about to see much more of it.
