I have added the license and edited your package to use it. discussed with another cdb editor and they pointed out that the project has not released, and appear to be made by said author inspired by trailers, so it should be fine. however the package still needs a screenshot
looking at this, (disclaimer im not completely sure on this package). a couple things off the bat, it needs a screenshot, and should have a license selection, free/other is ment as a placeholder. looking at the linked repo https://github.com/Powerbyte7/HyAssets/blob/master/LICENSE.md the license is cc by nc 4.0, however im not sure that this repo has the rights to use that license. i.e. are they from official sources (and have permission to do this), or there own implementation?
it appears this issue happens when both skinsdb and 3darmor are bothe enabled, but doesnt happen when only one or the other is enabled. will invesitage this
ok, so i have tested this with 3darmor with the steps provided. i noticed that the sit animation was not set, however i did not notice any scaling issues as described. do you have any other mods enabled in this world?

first off, publically, thank you for the review. in reply to your second paragraph issue https://github.com/wsor4035/areas_interlocking_patch/issues/2 was made and solved. also, signals where in issue https://github.com/wsor4035/areas_interlocking_patch/issues/1 which has also been solved.
