Adds a more beautiful desert biome. Canyons look so much more compelling.
Would you be willing to make the following changes:
node_stone = "default:desert_stone",
& ore = "default:stone_with_gold",
wherein = "default:desert_stone",

It would then work out of the box with my petroglyphs mod, and also mob_biome_mapper/animal world mods. Those mob mods would allow caves to be filled with bats, spiders, scorpions, rats, lizards, snakes.
You could leave the stone_with_gold ore as is, or create a new node desert_stone_with_gold that could drop gold.
This is clearly quite competently made, the textures are nice, the movement is smooth and the roads are really neat. The issue is there is not an awful lot to do. You can kind of drift around for a bit and then it gets stale within five minutes. I just really wish there was more to it, like being timed on making it between checkpoints or something, anything really.
The controls are also not as nice as they could be. For one, the steering takes a while to adjust when pressing left or right. I get this has to be the case or else the controls will feel to jerky, but as is they feel to softened. The drifting itself also leaves a lot to be desired because there isn't any sense of angular momentum, the car still responds to steering inputs like normal, which is odd. The deceleration is also very slow, so some means of proper braking would be quite appreciated.
The game has no audio, which is obviously a big problem. Finally, there's a few oddities with the game as a whole, like how you spawn way up in the air and nearly die when hitting the ground or how there's dungeons and caves for no reason. Anyway, I like the game thus far, but it just lacks content.
Adds diversity and is compatible with other biome mods, that is, the mangrove forests / swamps are neither painfully rare nor so common as to make other biomes vanish. Very pretty and the squelch when stepping on mud is SO satisfying!
It absolutely would be usable in-game, and would fit the esthetic and everytng, if very light-weight nodes such as grass did not become full blocks in photos. Then it can be black-and-white.

Some of these trees even produce food. There are two mods in the pack I can't stand esthetically, the helicopter palm and the pineapple, but everything else is fantastic, nothing in between.

Is it spelled Dorwninion or Dorwinion? Some biomes are food deserts. Could cypress trees have their own trunks? It's disconcerting when they drop aspen trunks. Not a problem for Dorwinion trees, which could just be a weird kind of aspen. Some food items don't have recipes or don't feed you. Ambience and aimals would be great.
To sum up, it feels like an almost-finished WIP, but it looks amazing.

I love this mod for the extra blocks to build with. The only thing I'm disappointed in, is the barrel can not be filled with anything even though the options are in the node, but it does make for great decoration only.
It's very easy to use dont even need commands its all in the inventory! :D And when u copy and paste u can see where you are pasting or copying its just so cool! Even easier than worldedit :P

Following the well written tutorial in the wiki I was able to prototype some ideas I had, in just 50 lines of code I created my minigame, registered all the custom items with their relative actions and then I created the arenas with the built in editor arena_lib provides.
it has a good range of blocks that are really cool, but i think it would be cool if the dev add a type of block made of steel bars like the steel bars node
I do recommend this mod to those looking for a storage solution that isn't too overpowered, but.....
This is only 1 block + 1 recipe + 1 texture. Tried to give the benefit of the doubt with the listing.
A black block looks like it stores more than 81, should be 43 046 721 or 31 381 059 609.
Another point: This concept has been not beaten to death, more like lightly injured from the beating. There are some other mods that provide this compression functionality. (1 of them has an api ;) )
This mod makes the player look much more realistic and better. It's also amazing that it supports a variety of mods such as SkinsDB and 3D Armor. The only thing is that the fly animation triggers when it actually shouldn't, for example, when the player jump value is higher. But apart from that, it looks and works perfectly. Great work!
Bad contrast ratio when you disable dynamic shadows, especially for white pieces, it's just hard to see what piece I am looking at without constantly changing perspective to guess. Some kind of outline or 2d mode would be appreciated.
Showdown event just ends game in draw in a most of cases (because queens are out and two kings alone make engine guess it's a draw).
In general, it's a fun expirience, not really balanced but it doesn't take away from it, IMHO.

On ContentDB, it's tagged with "Library/API," but it has no externally accessible functions. In my opinion, one of those things should change. Other than that, it works great. I actually submitted a PR that makes the find_biome function global (and nothing else).
This mod is super useful, it avoids having to open your inventory all the time in construction, and in combat having an inventory full of weapons and being able to change them with just 1 keystroke is super practical. What's more, it looks like a new feature in ark ascended.

This mod is so-so. It has it's usage, but if you use any mod that adds environment blocks, you may or may not be able to use this mad as it requires a specific plank that may or may not be in any nearby biomes.
If you have the needed wood type then it's a good mod, but if you're in a biome or not near a biome that has that type of wood then it's pretty useless. You can oly use this is you find apple trees and not all biomes are near that type like a jungle or desert which is where most people will spawn on their first time and who knows how far you will have to go to find it without creative.

Deserved the win IMO
When I launched the game I couldn't beleive it.
It a crazy technical showcase.
Its build with TypeScript (!), provide a game in 3d (!), can handle multiple windows (!).
All with the Minetest inputs and the HUD API.
